1. SUBJECT OF THE COMPETITION
The company with the name ORIONAS S.A. (Ωρίωνας Α.Ε.Β.Ε. ) and the trade name “ORION Strom”, located at the 12th km of the Thessaloniki–Kilkis road, Ionia, Thessaloniki (hereinafter the Organising Company), is organising a promotional activity (hereinafter the “Competition”) as part of the promotion of the Organising Company's products.
2. DURATION OF THE COMPETITION
The Competition will run from 05/05/2026 at 4:00 pm Greek time until 26/05/2026 at 10:00 am Greek time.
Entries submitted before or after that period will not be taken into account and will be excluded from the Competition.
3. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE
All natural persons who are permanent residents of Greece, have reached the age of 18 and have full legal capacity may take part in the competition. Employees of the Organising Company, as well as their relatives of the first and second degree, including their spouses, are excluded from participation.
Participation in the competition gives no right or claim against the Organising Company, either in relation to its assets or to its intellectual and industrial property rights.
4. Notification of Winners & Collection of Prizes
One (1) winner will be selected by electronic random selection to be carried out on 26/05/2026.
The winner will be notified within five (5) working days of the date of the draw by personal message (inbox), to which they will be asked to reply, stating their full name, a contact telephone number and their home address.
The Organising Company will then contact them either by telephone or by email to confirm the details they have given and to guide them on the next steps. The prize will be sent to the address declared by the winner.
If there is no reply within seventy-two (72) hours of the personal message being sent, the Company retains the right to cancel the entry and select a new winner.
5. PRIZE
The prize of the Competition is one EN37 SILK EXTRA SOFT PLUS PILLOWTOP POCKET mattress in the dimensions the winner wishes from the Organising Company ORION Strom.
The liability of the Organising Company is limited solely and exclusively to providing the Prizes announced above.
The Organising Company bears no liability, criminal or civil, towards any winner or third party for any accident that may occur and/or damage and/or any bodily or other harm that may be caused to them, related directly or indirectly to the Prize, the use of the Prize or any other cause.
After the end of the duration of the Competition and the dispatch of the Prize as stated above, every obligation of the Organising Company in relation to the Competition ceases to exist.
Personal Data
The controller of the personal data collected in the context of this competition is the company ORIONAS S.A. (ORION Strom).
For participation in the competition and the dispatch of the prizes, the following details may be collected and kept:
- Full name
- Contact telephone number
- Home address
ORION Strom keeps a record of the above personal data solely for the purposes of organising and running the competition, as well as for communicating with the winners and sending the prizes. The data may be processed by automated or non-automated means.
This data will be used for:
- Running and completing the competition
- Selecting the winners
- Communication and dispatch of the prizes
- Meeting the publicity needs provided for in these terms
The data retention period is limited to three (3) months from the end of the competition and the dispatch of the prizes, unless a longer retention period is required by law. In the event of a dispute or objection relating to the competition, the data may be kept until the final resolution of the matter.
After the above period has elapsed, the personal data will be deleted securely, so that it cannot be recovered.
ORION Strom will not use the personal data for any purpose other than those above, unless it first requests and obtains the participant's explicit consent.
By taking part in the competition, each participant expressly accepts the processing of their personal data for the purposes described.
ORION Strom will take all the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and Law 4624/2019, each participant has the right to information, access, rectification, erasure, objection and withdrawal of their consent to the processing of their personal data.

7. Rights of the Organiser – Amendments to the Terms
ORION Strom retains the right, at its discretion, to amend or withdraw this competition, to extend or shorten its duration, to replace the prize with another of equal value, and to amend any of the terms of participation and/or cancel the competition for a serious reason. In every case, notice will be given through the company's official website and/or by other suitable means, without bearing any liability towards any participant or third party.
Participants in the competition acquire no right over the trademarks, logos, names or other distinctive features of ORION Strom.
8. Acceptance of Terms & Dispute Resolution
Participation in the competition implies full and unreserved acceptance of all these terms. By taking part, the contestants waive any claim or demand against ORION Strom that relates directly or indirectly to the competition.
Any dispute that arises in relation to the interpretation or application of these terms will be resolved by a three-member committee appointed exclusively by the Organising Company. The decision of the committee will be final and binding on all participants.
In the event of recourse to the courts, the Courts of Thessaloniki have jurisdiction, and the applicable law is Greek law.
9. ACCEPTANCE OF THE COMPETITION TERMS - CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION
Participation in the Competition presupposes unreserved acceptance of the Competition Terms and of the Privacy Policy of the Organising Company.
Apart from the cases stated separately above, the Organising Company retains, in every case, the right to cancel the participation of any Participant in the Competition, at any stage of it, even at the stage of delivery and receipt of the Prize, if any of the following cases applies to a Participant:
- If, for any reason, they do not fully accept these terms of the Competition or do not meet and/or comply with them in their entirety, all of which are considered essential.
- If, for any reason, it is not possible to contact the winner within the above predetermined deadlines and in the manner stated above in these terms of the Competition.
In every case of cancellation of a winner's participation, the right to the prize passes to a new winner.
10. Technical Matters & Limitation of Liability
ORION Strom makes every possible effort for the smooth and secure operation of the competition website. However, it bears no liability if the website or the servers hosting it contain viruses or other harmful elements, nor does it guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of its services.
Responsibility for protecting the technical means (computer, mobile device, software, files) of participants or visitors to the website lies solely with them. The Organising Company is not liable for any damage or expenses that may arise from access to the competition website or its use.
11. Applicable Law & Arbitration
These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute relating to the competition or to the interpretation and application of these terms will be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Thessaloniki.
By taking part in the competition, participants expressly accept the jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens for any related dispute.
