Smart Excellence Special Hyper Soft Plus Pillowtop

Its heart

At the centre of 463 Smart Excellence Special Hyper Soft Plus Pillowtop are Bonnell springs of 2.4 mm, tied into one continuous grid that spreads the body’s weight over the whole surface. Around it runs a support of No 250 foam.

The top side

The top side is a built-in pillowtop. From the springs upwards: Kevlar 700 g/m², No 250 foam 1.5 cm thick, No 2500 roll foam 4 cm thick, G30 non-woven, 800 g/m² polyester wadding and, on the surface, Excellence 3A fabric. Only this side has No 250 foam 1.5 cm thick and No 2500 roll foam 4 cm thick.

The bottom side

From the springs downwards: Kevlar 700 g/m², G30 non-woven, 800 g/m² polyester wadding and, on the surface, Excellence 3A fabric.

The border

All around, the Excellence with Dark Gray Velute border has handles and vents, so the mattress can breathe.

The feel

With a firmness of 4/10 it is medium-soft and, like every Bonnell mattress, orthopedic. It is also hypoallergenic and ventilated, 26/28 cm high. Its cover opens with a zipper and comes off. As the pillowtop is on one side only, do not turn it over: turn it head to foot once every six months.

The right base

With Bonnell springs, a single spring unit, the 463 does not need a bed frame with dense slats.
