Orders may also be placed by representatives of legal entities. The company reserves the right to claim from the supervisor or guardian any orders placed by persons without legal capacity.

(b) Unreserved acceptance of the terms of the sales contract, as regards the item sold, the quantity, the price including taxes and other expenses, the way the transaction is carried out, and the time and place of delivery of the products.
(c) In every order, the surname of the depositor must be the same as that of the customer, or the company must be informed by e-mail at sales@orionas.eu of the difference, so that the accounts department can cross-check the order against the deposit so that the order can be activated. If we are not informed, the order is not activated.
(d) Unreserved acceptance of these terms of use, which form an integral part of the contract being concluded. The above is accepted upon completion of placing any order.
The method of payment of the price is chosen by the interested party and includes the possibility of charging a credit card, using the PayPal system or deposit into a bank account. The credit cards accepted are those shown as selectable by the order submission system of the website.
6.2 Placing an order constitutes the conclusion of a distance sales contract, to which the relevant legislative framework applies (article 4 of Law 2251/1994, as amended and in force). 6.3 The dimensions and thickness of the products stated are approximate and are for information purposes only.

After confirming their order by depositing money, the customer has the right to cancel their order only on the same day, provided the product has not been dispatched. Cancellation is made by sending an electronic message to the company's e-mail addresses (info@orionas.eu sales@orionas.eu).
Provided that the full details of the order are stated (order number, full name and product details).
7. METHODS OF PAYMENT, DISPATCH AND TRANSPORT COST
Before making a purchase, the prospective buyer should be informed in detail about the characteristics of the products, the delivery time and the transport cost. The reason is the often subjective feeling that each of us may have about a sleep product, and the continual changes in couriers' rates across Greece. For the convenience and service of all those who wish to buy from our company's online shop, www.orionas.eu offers the following methods of payment:
7.1 Charge to your credit or debit card. Because our mattresses are made from scratch at our company, confirmation of payment and of the order is necessary to start the production process. The card is charged on the day the production process begins and then the products are dispatched. For products that are made to the e-shop's specifications or are clearly personalised, the credit card is charged immediately after your order is confirmed. By choosing this method of payment you will be taken to the secure transaction environment of Piraeus Bank, where you will be asked for all your card details.
In this case the entire amount of the order is charged in full.
You must provide a contact telephone number and a valid e-mail address.
If your credit card is not approved by your bank, the company retains the right to cancel your order.
In the case of payment by credit card, the holder of the credit card, or a person specially authorised by them, must be present when the products are delivered.
7.2 For deposit into a bank account 100% of the value of the products or a transfer through web banking to the following accounts:
BANK SWIFT/BIC
NATIONAL/ETHNIKI BANK SA ETHNGRAA GR2101102360000023647054248

ALPHA/ALPHA BANK SA CRBAGRAAXXX GR1301407030703002002015958
The shipping costs of the products are borne by the buyer.
Your order will start to be carried out once it is confirmed that the amount has been deposited. To speed up the process, please send us the proof of payment, stating your order number and your full name, at sales@orionas.eu.
The costs of a transfer from another bank are borne by the buyer. The entire amount of the order must be transferred to our bank account for it to be carried out. Otherwise a supplementary deposit must be made to cover the bank's charges.
The prices stated in the e-shop (our online shop) include VAT at 24%.
7.3 Under the tax legislation in force, documents of a value above 500 euros to private individuals and professionals, with a retail receipt or invoice, are settled only by deposit, remittance to a bank account or by charge to a credit card.
7.4 Methods of dispatch and transport cost
- Orders are delivered to the courier company within 5-10 working days from the date the order is paid.
- ATLAS: 3-5 days
- Delivery by the courier company to the customer depends on the courier and the area. For this reason we are responsible only for the time of dispatch to the courier company.
- Products are delivered only within the physical borders of Greece, through the partner courier company (and its associates).
-
-
The charges are calculated as follows:
- for collection from the courier:
The charges are always calculated up to the nearest courier depot serving the area. - delivery to the declared address:
The charges are calculated up to the kerb of the declared address.
- for collection from the courier:
- If the delivery address is difficult to reach for the courier's vehicle (lorry) or entry to the courier depots is prohibited, the customer is obliged to collect the goods from the nearest accessible point or to collect them from the courier's offices.
-
The charges are calculated as follows:
- The consumer is not obliged to pay if they do not receive the legal document (receipt, invoice).
- For dispatch outside Greece, it is essential to agree the transport cost and method of dispatch with the company.
8. Consumer rights
8.1 Right of withdrawal. The customer has the right to withdraw without giving a reason within fourteen (14) calendar days, unless a longer period has been agreed, by returning the goods in their original condition, without being charged any cost other than the return costs. This period starts from receipt of the products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer is obliged to complete and send the relevant request electronically. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the customer is obliged to send the product to be returned immediately, in its closed packaging, at the same time as submitting the declaration of withdrawal, while the supplier is obliged to refund the amounts paid to it by the customer within thirty (30) calendar days. The refund of the price is made in the same way as the payment was made. If the price has been charged to the consumer's credit card, the exercise of the right of withdrawal also simultaneously terminates the relevant tripartite contract between customer, supplier and bank, without payment of compensation.
The customer who buys the products must do so exclusively for private use and not for professional activity. Returned products must be in excellent condition and packed in the same condition in which they were delivered. If the products are returned incomplete or worn, the company retains the right to ask the customer for compensation, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and has the right to set off this claim against the customer. In this case the customer bears the cost of transporting the returned products.
8.2 Right of replacement. The customer has the right to request replacement of the product if the one delivered to them was defective or does not correspond to the product they ordered. If a defective product, or a product other than the one ordered, is received, the business must be contacted first and the product must be sent to the company on the same day it is received, so that the replacement can follow. In this case the cost of transport for the replacement is borne by the company. An essential condition is that the products are in the condition in which they were received, and that the customer has the invoice or the retail sales receipt. We recommend a thorough check on receipt, so as to avoid receiving defective products or products that were not ordered. In any case, the maximum return period for submitting a replacement request cannot be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. Before any return, it is advisable to consult the business first. The conditions for replacing a defective product, or a product that does not correspond to the one in the order, are as follows:
(a) Contact the business within 72 hours of receiving the product to point out the problem, on the telephone number found under “Contact” on the Website www.orionas.eu or at the e-mail info@orionas.eu or even by telephone on 2310784656.
(b) Send a completed product return request, within the exclusive deadline of 14 days
(c) If the product does not correspond to the order, it must not have been used and must be in its packaging in the condition in which it was received.
8.3 For products supplied to special order, which are manufactured at the consumer's request (for example made-to-order mattresses and furniture), no return is possible, only replacement in case of a defect.
8.4 Exceptions to withdrawal. Withdrawal is not permitted in the following cases:
A) When the product has been ordered in special dimensions other than the standard market sizes. The standard market sizes of mattresses are 90 cm by 190 cm, 100 cm by 190 cm, 110 by 190 cm, 120 cm by 190 cm, 130 cm by 190 cm, 140 cm by 190 cm, 150 cm by 190 cm, 160 cm by 190 cm, or the above sizes in a length of 200 cm (that is, we replace the 190).

- The mattress, when ( it should have a gap of 1-2 cm at the sides and along its length. This is the only way for it to expand, without being deformed by side surfaces. The bed base of the mattress must have no protrusions, curves or bumps and must be a single flat surface.
