518 Comfort Organic Cotton HR Plus Coco hard layer with an organic cotton lining that helps maintain the proper body temperature, preventing sweating. Orthopedic support with Bonnell springs and rubberized coco palm mat for excellent elasticity and quick return of the mattress even at a heavier weight. It has additional perimeter support from foam materials and cotton padding for a healthy and stable sleeping environment.
